Is breakfast included?
If you let us know in advance, we can arrange for a butler (for a small additional fee) to take care of all your shopping and prepare a breakfast fit for champions! Imagine waking up to the enticing aroma of coffee, crispy waffles and freshly squeezed juice. Tell us what you fancy, and leave the rest to us.
How many guests can stay at the chalet?
Up to 10 people can settle in and relax at the chalet. Our four comfortable suites are ideal for accommodating eight adults in the utmost comfort. Finally, the Mont Blanc suite (master bedroom) can accommodate an additional guest.
Do you offer full board or half board stays?
Of course, we offer full board or half board stays! We just need a little time to organise for a resident chef to come. All options are possible: breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner. We can even offer a special ‘all-you-can-eat’ diet if you wish!

Is chalet les Cerises suitable for people with reduced mobility?
Oops, one small drawback! The few steps leading up to the chalet are not really wheelchair-friendly. But there's good news! Once you've negotiated this minor obstacle, there are no more steps – the entire ground floor is on one level.
What safety measures are in place?
We have thought about your safety with smoke and CO2 detectors on each floor. You will also find fire extinguishers near the electrical panel, in the living room, and two others outside near the fire pit. We don't mess around with safety in a wooden chalet!
Are there any restrictions regarding noise or noise pollution?
With so few neighbours opposite, it would be easy to forget about them. The simple rules of respect and good neighbourliness apply as everywhere else, such as keeping noise down after 10 pm.
Are there any things that are not allowed at the chalet?
There is just one small rule: no fireworks. We follow French regulations, mainly to preserve the peace and quiet of the place and the safety of everyone. Thank you for your understanding; in the event of non-compliance, we would be forced to cancel your stay.
How can I contact the owner or manager of the chalet if necessary?

I would like to come and spend a day at the chalet spa. Is that possible?
Access to the spa is a privilege reserved for our guests staying at the chalet for a few nights — that's our primary focus! However, during the off-season, we can make an exception and open the doors to our outdoor facilities, massage parlour, and yoga room. This is the perfect opportunity to organise a wellness retreat or spend a few hours relaxing with friends, unwinding and chatting. Please note that this is by reservation only, so do not hesitate to contact us to organise your special day.
Is there a hot tub or spa?
Absolutely! Our Les Cerises chalet & spa is entirely focused on well-being. The outdoor jacuzzi takes pride of place on the terrace, and you can also enjoy a panoramic sauna or a massage facing Mont Blanc in the summer months. On the garden level, indulge in deep relaxation with foot reflexology or Tui na sessions. The large room is ideal for a guided sound journey with sacred Tibetan bowls or a yoga class.
I need to work remotely during my stay. Is there a space where I can work in private?
No worries, we have not one, but three workspaces ready to welcome you! The first is on the ground floor, perfect for staying connected to life in the chalet, while turning your back on Mont Blanc to avoid getting lost in contemplation (we know how tempting it is!). You'll find a PC connected to a 20-inch screen. The second space is in the Aravis suite upstairs, with the same equipment. And for teleworking pros, the Mont-Blanc suite offers the ultimate: an ergonomic chair, a printer, a screen and even a scanner. Everything you need to work comfortably and efficiently while enjoying the mountains.

Alcoholic beverages in the lounge are complimentary, so please help yourself. We also have an ‘honesty bar’ so that you will never be short of anything to enhance your meal or toast in the jacuzzi. Outdoors, a garden bar allows you to prepare your cocktails facing Mont Blanc, with the option of hiring a professional mixologist.
Is the chalet equipped with air conditioning?
At this altitude, air conditioning is unnecessary. Even in the height of summer, the nights remain cool and rarely exceed 18 degrees. And the good news is, there are no mosquitoes in the mountains! A constant breeze keeps the chalet cool and prevents any discomfort from the heat.
Does the chalet have a fireplace or wood-burning stove?
