What you need to know
Can the chalet be hired privately during the day for a film shoot or photo shoot?
Yes, it is possible to hire the chalet privately for a full or half day of filming/shooting, depending on availability and the season. Simply indicate your preferred times in your request, and we will provide you with a tailor-made proposal.
What is the maximum capacity for a branded event, private party or VIP dinner?
Chalet les Cerises is designed for intimate gatherings. To ensure everyone's comfort and preserve the spirit of the place, we recommend a maximum of 10 people seated for a VIP dinner, and 25 people for a cocktail party or private evening event. Please let us know your requirements and we will advise you on the most suitable layout.
Can we extend our stay after the event (filming, launch, party)?
Yes, and it's even an option we often recommend. Depending on the availability of the chalet, you can extend your stay to:

offer one or more nights to your VIP guests, talent or executives,

allow your team to unwind after an intense shoot or launch,
-
transform the event into a rejuvenating break, with a jacuzzi, views of Mont Blanc and possibly wellness treatments.
Can we organise a film shoot or drone photography?
Drone photography is permitted subject to compliance with current regulations and upon request to the following address: pref-drones@gers.gouv.fr, with five working days' notice.
Do you offer a private chef or catering service for VIP dinners and private parties?
Yes, we work with partners (private chefs, local caterers) who can create tailor-made menus, from sit-down gourmet dinners to cocktail receptions. Simply indicate the type of experience you want (VIP dinner, tasting, extended aperitif, etc.) and the number of guests, and we will make recommendations to suit your needs.
Are there any noise or time restrictions for private parties and filming?
Yes, out of respect for the neighbourhood and the environment surrounding the chalet, certain noise and time restrictions must be observed, especially outdoors. We will clearly explain the possible framework for your project (music, late-night hours, etc.) to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone.
