And because we leave nothing to chance, our home cinema system is also intelligent: we've connected a microphone to the preamp to calibrate the acoustics of our room and compensate for reverberations. Have you heard of the Sonos multi-room audio system?
Listening to music on these compact speakers was a revelation. We became fans. So much so that we installed them in every room of chalet & spa les Cerises.
We installed a soundbar under the television in the living room, a subwoofer and a surround speaker on either side of the sofa. This small wireless home cinema system is incredibly effective, and the soundbar acts as a sound projector to fill the space. Simply connected to the HDMI Arc output of our OLED screen, this mini home cinema system enhances the HD audio tracks of a Blu-ray or DVD player. Each speaker has a built-in amplifier capable of decoding the main audio stream codecs to ensure compatibility with the latest Blu-ray discs.
Each suite in the chalet is equipped with a Sonos One sound system offering superb musicality. This small amplified wireless speaker allows you to play digital music via its wireless WiFi connection. Connected in pairs, they can transmit a stereo audio music stream. Compatible with Alexa, you can even control these compact speakers with your voice.
We have even thought of the sound system for the chalet's terrace with a compact Moove speaker. Simply activate Bluetooth to connect your smartphone to our hi-fi system. A processor installed in the speaker will analyse your environment to reproduce your favourite music without distortion.
A second waterproof Bluetooth speaker allows you to listen to your favourite music in the hammam of the Mont-Blanc suite. A docking station allows you to recharge this small, compact soundbar via a USB port so you can enjoy wireless audio throughout the chalet.
There is no limit to the number of speakers you can connect, and this network player will allow you to broadcast high-resolution stereo sound throughout the chalet. The subwoofer and each speaker can be calibrated using a smartphone app, which also allows you to adjust the treble, midrange and bass and customise your settings.
