A dinner that unfolds in stages
A COCKTAIL DINNER DOES NOT REPLACE A MEAL. IT REINVENTS IT.
The evening might begin with a glass of champagne, followed by cold canapés, hot dishes, food cooked to order on the plancha, a wine pairing, a lighter dessert, and a glass of wine whilst enjoying the view of the mountains.
Guests are not assigned specific seats. They move about, watch the chef at work, catch the aroma of food cooking, step out onto the balcony, and return to the fire. The meal becomes a free-flowing yet guided experience. A subtle choreography centred on flavour.
The house overlooks Mont Blanc
On fine days, the living area almost blends into the landscape. The large sliding glass doors disappear from view, and the living room flows out onto the sheltered balcony, then onto the terrace and into the garden.
This sense of continuity changes everything. Guests remain sheltered, even if the weather is changeable, yet they are never cut off from the mountains. You can enjoy a drink outside, a hot snack can be served straight from the plancha, and a conversation can flow seamlessly from the lounge onto the terrace.

When the floor-to-ceiling windows remain closed, the living area feels more intimate, centred around the lounge, the open-plan kitchen, the fireplace and the warm lighting. The cocktail dinner takes on a more intimate, cosy and enveloping atmosphere.
In summer: the fresh air, the balcony, the terrace
When the floor-to-ceiling windows slide open, the living area flows out onto the large, sheltered balcony and then onto the terrace. Guests can move about whilst remaining sheltered, with Mont Blanc on the horizon.
A NATURAL SETTING FOR CERTAIN PRIVATE EVENTS
A cocktail dinner can also form part of a brand event, a business meeting, a low-key launch or a private function. Les Cerises chalet is neither a restaurant open to the public nor an event venue. It is a private residence that opens its doors on request, for a select group, a specific project or a particular occasion. The cocktail format therefore allows for flexible hosting, without detracting from the venue’s elegance or character.
Why not stay the night?
For the bride and groom, the main guests or a few invited guests, the evening can continue with a night at the chalet. After the last drink, there’s still the fire, the spa, the suites, the tranquillity of Cordon and the morning light on Mont Blanc.

Mont Blanc Suite
The Mont-Blanc Suite can serve as the chalet’s natural bridal suite, or as a retreat for guests wishing to extend their evening after a cocktail dinner. Its 35 m² opens onto a private terrace overlooking the mountain peaks.
The suite features a queen-size bed that can be split into two single beds, a single bed, a wood-burning stove and a private hammam.
